Now that you're officially a Lion, you're probably feeling both excited and unfamiliar 在你升入大学的过程中. Don’t worry, we are here to help you! 通过一系列 of orientation sessions, peer mentoring, and advising meetings, you will connect with other 学生, build your relationships with your professors, and learn how to access the campus resources available to help you succeed.

面向事件 & 时间表

新生课程 (暑期方向必修)

For Fall term 学生, 新生课程 will be held on campus over the summer. This half-day event orients you to academic expectations and registration information 和你的导师. Students must RSVP to one session on either 7月19日星期三 下午2点至5点 8月5日星期六 从9:00am-12:00pm. You  will also have a chance to meet with staff who can answer questions about financial aid, housing, and more.

欢迎周 (Required Pre-Classes 取向)

For Fall term 学生, 欢迎周 will be held on campus a few days prior to classes. This orientation is required for all new 学生, so please plan to attend all the required sessions on campus. 无需注册.

Campus Residents will be required to schedule appointments to move onto campus. 具体的 move-in information will be provided by 居住生活 to your dmz102.com帐户.

冬天 & 春季学期迎新

取向 for new incoming or transfer 学生 is consolidated for 学生 enrolling after the Fall term and schedules are provided by the 取向 and 学术顾问 注册后的团队. Typically, the schedule consists of an hour-long appointment with the academic advisor one to two weeks prior to the start of the enrolled term and is coupled with a required meeting with the 取向 team during the first 这学期的礼拜堂区.
